Sewing on the Line by Lesly-Claire Greenberg. Published by That Patchwork Place. ISBN 1-56477-030-3. Pages: 87
Lesly-Claire Greenberg has created a marvellous book that shows how easy and accurate it can be to piece Log Cabins and other related designs on fabric and paper foundations - using rubber-stamp quiltmaking. Learn to piece by the number, by tracing the full-size block patterns included onto foundations, then sewing on the lines for perfect piecing every time. Many of Greenberg's featured projects are small and use minimal material, and are also a great place for novice quiltmakers to begin. Easy enough for you to play with colour, or even sew on the go!
