Small Bell 3 Part. This bell is 135H x 140W. It can be made into a Christmas bell or Wedding Bell by using different fabrics. Use wadding if a 3 dimensional look is required. A loop of ribbon can be glued at the top between the back and front and a jingle bell on a small piece of ribbon can be glued between the top and bottom section to the backing board so that it hangs freely and can ring. The bell can be made in white or to match the bridesmaids outfits to decorate the church pews for a wedding.
